Babies & Children
Babies and children respond amazingly well to reflexology, they love the contact and bonding time and it can help with many issues that they may experience whilst growing up. The next course starts on Thursday 2nd March 2017 at 11am.
Many babies suffer with digestive problems such as colic, reflux, trapped wind and constipation. These can cause distress and discomfort to both the baby and parent but, baby reflexology techniques can help ease these problems quickly.
Constipation and trapped wind can affect an older baby. This is quite common when weaning has started or when toddlers are potty training. The same baby reflexology techniques are used and have been very effective.
Baby Reflexology can also help with teething, sleeping problems, colds, coughs etc
Courses of Baby Reflexology are run every quarter. The course is designed to teach the parent (or carer/ grandparent) the baby reflexology techniques so that you can give your baby a little treatment at home. Each class is 1 hour long, there are cakes and coffee at the end of each class which gives you time to meet other new parents. The course runs for 6 weeks and costs £72. The course is ideally suited to babies from 4 weeks old to crawling age. The next course starts on Thursday 20th April 2017 at 11am.
Private treatments are also available for babies and children. These appointments are for 30 minutes where the child will be treated by Gabby Lamplugh and then she will show you how to do the techniques at home. The cost of a 30 minute treatment is £30. Babies and children of any age are welcome for private treatments.
